On Friday, Apr 18 2008, Penn's Civilians will hold its 3rd Annual Fundraising Dinner at The Penn Stater in State College, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the event is not only to raise money to support Penn's Civilians' programs, but to also create awareness of the organization and build positive relationships with community members.
